About this site

We document restaurant guest-satisfaction surveys accurately, date every claim, and say plainly when we do not know something. That last part is why this site exists.

Why we built this

In 2025 the Checkers and Rally’s guest survey moved from an old ASP.NET platform to Qualtrics. The way you enter the survey changed completely: the 20-digit receipt code was retired and replaced by a receipt photo upload with a manual store-number fallback.

Almost none of the guidance on the internet followed. Search the survey today and you will still be told to type a twenty-digit code into a page that returns a 404 error. People conclude their receipt is faulty, or that the offer was never real. Neither is true, and the fix is nothing more complicated than someone actually opening the survey and writing down what it says.

That is the whole editorial premise here. Take the survey. Screenshot the screens. Date the page. Correct it when it changes.

What we publish

  • A step-by-step walkthrough of the current survey, with our own screenshots of the live form rather than descriptions of a version that no longer exists.
  • Reference pages on the receipt, the reward, the rules and the things that go wrong.
  • Background on the company, checked against corporate announcements rather than against other survey blogs — which is why our ownership section is right and several better-known pages are not.
  • Clear statements of uncertainty. Where sources contradict each other, we tell you they do.

What we are not

We are not Checkers, not Rally’s, and not GuestObsessed.com. We do not run the survey, issue coupons, hold your data or have any commercial relationship with the restaurant company. We cannot look up your validation code, recover a lost one, or persuade a franchise to honour a coupon.

Every survey link on this site opens the official guestobsessed.com address in a new tab. We do not route readers through intermediary domains, and we never will — a practice we have documented on competing pages in this niche and consider indefensible.

How we handle being wrong

Surveys change. Ours is a page about a moving target, and the honest position is that any of it could be superseded next quarter. So: every page carries the date we last checked it, we say “we could not confirm” rather than inventing a number, and if you tell us a screen looked different to ours we go and look again.

If you have spotted something wrong, please tell us. Corrections about the survey screens are the most valuable messages we get. Our full approach is set out in the editorial policy.

How the site is funded

Advertising. That pays for the time spent taking surveys, capturing screenshots and checking corporate filings. No advertiser has ever been offered, or given, any say in how we describe an offer, and we hold no affiliate relationship with any restaurant company.

GuestObsessed Guide Editorial Team

We are an independent team that documents restaurant guest-satisfaction surveys. We are not Checkers, Rally’s, or the company that runs GuestObsessed.com. We take the surveys ourselves, screenshot what we see, date every claim, and correct pages when the survey changes. Read our editorial policy or tell us we got something wrong.
