3. Information, not advice
Everything here is published for general information. Survey mechanics, rewards, eligibility rules and redemption terms are set by the restaurant company and can change at any time without notice. The wording printed on your own receipt takes precedence over anything on this site. We date every page so you can judge how current it is, but we cannot guarantee that a page is accurate at the moment you read it.
4. No relationship with the survey
We do not operate the survey, issue coupons, hold validation codes or have access to any submission. We cannot recover a lost code, look up a response, reissue a coupon or compel a restaurant to honour one. Such matters are between you and Checkers Drive-In Restaurants, Inc.
